- Personal Reflection: "Consider the cultures and subcultures to which you belong. Then, make a list of at least 5 statuses you hold. Next, identify whether each of the statuses you identified is an ascribed status or an achieved status. Describe the status symbols associated with each status. Finally, identify which of the statuses you selected is your master status. Explain why you chose this as your master status." (10 points)

Whose leadership style was least effective? Which of the styles discussed in class did they employ? What made them effective or ineffective leaders? Make sure your reflection is a minimum of ten sentences and uses correct spelling and grammar.
